Coronation Street has gone down a dark road by dealing with domestic abuse against a man, but good on them. This week sees Kirsty attacking Tyrone again and feeling guilty over her actions, she begs Tyrone for forgiveness. Kirsty tries to blame her anger on her pregnancy and hormones and tells Tyrone this is not the real her. Tyrone however is disgusted and shocked that his girlfriend could hit him again after saying it will never happen again.
Tyrone still shocked over being attacked finds his girlfriend packing her bags but is this just a game to get Tyrone back on side?

Meanwhile down on Coronation Street where everyone has an affair with everyone else’s partner, Sunita does not want to lose Karl after he starts to have second thoughts. Sunita promises not to push him again and tells him she knows the affair is not a serious affair and just fun. Karl however tells her that the affair is well and truly over but Sunita cannot take the news. Kevin asks Dev if he can look at the flat above the shop but will he and Dev find Karl and Sunita there?
It does not go well for Peter at the court as Simon tells the court he hates his dad while Eva and Nick struggle to work together after their breakup.
