How to Add a Property PDF Print E-mail

Registering:

First of all you need to register with In2Town Property Services which is free of charge, so you have a log-in user name and password to allow you to list your property for free.

• Log-in with your registered user name and password.

• Go to the Home Page and press in teh menu bar Advertise your property for Free

• On this page you will see a picture of a wrench and a screwdriver, if you press the pictures you will come to a new screen with 6 images on your right. 'Publish' 'Unpublish' 'Clone' 'New' 'Edit' 'Delete'


You are now ready to add your property

• Select ‘New’

• This will now display all of the sections you need to add your property.

Please Note: Where it says category/type please make sure that you choose both boxes/pull down menues that relate to your property. For example: If you are selling a house, you must have the category box saying House for Sale and the Type Box must also say House for Sale.

• When you have completed the details that you would like to add to your property advert then press Save. Try and use your full post code.

Please Note: If you do not save at this point you will not be able to add any images.

Add Images

• Once you have saved your information, you will see your product in the catagories.

• Click on the ‘Title’ of your entry

• Select ‘Gallery’

• A new window will open.

• Select ‘Add your pictures here’

• You will see File Upload. Simply browse for your image on your computer, enter a Title and select ‘Upload’ The title can be Front room if the image is of a front room or Bathroom if you are adding a picture of your bathroom. You can add as many pictures as your like.

• Repeat this process until you have uploaded all of your images. 


Publishing

 

• Here you can select the dates you want to display your property To and From.

Meta Tags

• This will be configured automatically

Your advertisement will be then made live for the world to see and as well as people seeing it on our website, we will also make it available around the web to give your a strong marketing position to sell your house, all for free.

The Pack also includes an Energy Performance Certificate that contains advice on how to cut CO2 emissions and fuel bills.

Make sure your estate agent shows you the Pack.
