A Man, 18, has sadly died in two-vehicle crash on A17 in Lincolnshire

A man has sadly died in an accident involving a lorry. Lincolnshire Police are asking for witnesses to come forward.

Lincolnshire Police have confirmed that a man was killed in a collision involving two cars on the A17 between Swineshead and Sutterton.

The accident happened just before 05:00 BST on Sunday and involved a lorry and a Citroen C4. The 18-year-old driver of the C4 sadly died.

Lincolnshire Police have said the male lorry driver was not seriously injured.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police has said the road closure will remain in place for the majority of Sunday while investigations take place.
