Fatal A15 Road Traffic Accident Two Lorry Drivers Died

Two lorry drivers killed in crash in Lincolnshire

Two men lost their lives in a crash involving two lorries on a major road in Lincolnshire. The incident, featuring a Volvo and a Scania lorry, took place near the Snitterby junction on the A15, north of Caenby Corner, around 09:30 GMT, according to Lincolnshire Police.

One man was from the Barnsley area in South Yorkshire and the other from Cleethorpes in north-east Lincolnshire, police confirmed. The road remains closed, and officers are seeking witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.

Initially, the police mentioned a car’s involvement in the accident, but they later clarified that only the two lorries were involved. “Officers attended the collision near the Snitterby junction, which involved a Volvo lorry and a Scania lorry,” Lincolnshire Police stated. “Tragically, the drivers of both lorries were declared dead at the scene.”
