Grimsby residents have been told to expect snow on Sunday
The Met office has said that snow is on its way to Grimsby. It is expected to fall on Grimsby early Sunday morning.
Snow has already been falling on some parts of Lincolnshire and now it is the turn of Grimsby and Cleethorpes.
Scunthorpe has had heavy snow on Saturday night which will continue until at least midnight.
According to The Met Office, we can expect to see snow at around 10am and could continue until 12pm
Temperatures will fall to 2C in Grimsby overnight but will feel as cold as -4C. The Met Office has also warned of winds of up to 32mph.
The Met Office forecast for Yorkshire and Humber says of Sunday: “A widely frosty, but sunny start, though wintry showers still affecting some coastal areas. Cloudier into the afternoon, with a chance of wintry showers across all parts. Less windy. Maximum temperature 4C.”
