Police Have Arrested A 56-Year-Old Man After Passenger Sustains Life-Threatening Injuries in A180 Crash

Police have confirmed they have arrested a man after a passenger was seriously injured in a crash on the A180

 

On Saturday 4 November at around 9.30pm, Humberside Police were called to reports of an accident near to the Grimsby Stallingborough interchange on the eastbound carriageway.

A passenger involved in the crash was left with a passenger fighting for his life. Police have now confirmed they have now arrested a 56-year-old man on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

It has been reported that a silver Ford Ka was travelling on the A180 near the Stallingborough interchange when it is reported to have left the carriageway, colliding with the central reservation before landing at the side of the road.

The driver of the vehicle sustained serious injuries but not life-threatening.
