Grimsby: Man Found Dead Two Days After Being Stabbed
Humberside police have arrested a 53-year-old man on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm
Humberside Police have launched an investigation after a man was found dead. The man was found two days after being stabbed in Henage Road, Grimsby.
Police have confirmed they attended a property in East Street, Grimsby before 16:00 GMT on Friday, following a report of concern for safety.
According to a spokesman for Humberside Police, the death has been linked to when the man sustained-life threatening injuries in a stabbing that took place on Wednesday.
The man in question was discharged from hospital but sadly died two days later when police found him at the property.
A 53-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and remains in custody.
Humberside Police are asking for anyone with any information to come forward.
