Caravan fire extinguished in Ingoldmells by fire crews from Louth, Spilsby, and Skegness
On Friday night fire crews from Louth, Spilsby, and Skegness were called to a caravan fire on Sea Lane Ingoldmells.
The fire crews from the Lincolnshire stations successful extinguished the caravan fire.
This is not the first fire to happen in the resort. In the past few months there have been a number of caravan fires.
According to Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue, two hose reels were used to get the caravan fire under control.
A statement from Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue on Twitter on Saturday morning said: “19:29 – @SpilsbyFire, @SkegnessFire, On-Call crew & @LouthFire attended a caravan fire on Sea Lane, Ingoldmells.
“Crews used breathing apparatus and 2 hose reels to extinguish the fire.”
Caravan owners are being advised to make sure they have working smoke alarms in their caravans.
