Tragedy as woman has been found dead in Scunthorpe house following concerns for her safety
Humberside Police have today confirmed that a woman was found dead in a property in Scunthorpe following concerns for her safety.
Police were called to the property on Frodingham Road, Scunthorpe at 11am following concerns for her safety. Police officers who entered the property found that she had tragically died.
Scenes of Crime attended the property as part of the investigation surround the woman’s death.
A spokesman for Humberside Police said the unnamed woman tragically died yesterday morning.
“The circumstances of her death are unexplained at this time. We are investigating the circumstances of the incident and officers will remain at the scene as our enquiries continue.”
